Olivier Micheli has been CEO of Data4 since 2014. He works to make the company a leader in the European data center sector.

Olivier Micheli previously held the position of Consultancy Department Director at Easynet Global Services for EMEA, Pacific Asia and North America. In 2010, he was appointed Managing Director France of the leading international telecommunications company NTT and was a member of its Europe Management Committee. Olivier Micheli holds an engineering degree in telecommunications and an MBA from HEC Paris.

In June 2016, he became president of France Datacenter, the trade association for the sector. The association’s mission is to promote and develop the ecosystem as a pillar of the digital economy.

Adam Levine has 20 years of experience in the data center industry.

He joined Data4 as Group Commercial Director in 2014. A member of the executive committee, he is responsible for the group’s organic growth and the commercial strategy for developing new markets.

Marie Chabanon has been the group’s Chief Technical Officer since January 2018.

She coordinates the design and construction of data centres on the Group’s entire platform. Member of the executive committee, she has 15 years‘ experience in the sector. She is also a member of the EUDCA board and vice-chair of the Technical Committee.

Claire Vandromme joined the Data4 Group in February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  As CFO and member of the executive committee, she implements the financing policy established to support the Data4 Group’s growth strategy.

François Sterin joined the Data4 Group in December 2022 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has over 20 years of in digital infrastructure, datacenters and network for hyperscalers and cloud providers.  A member of the executive committee, he oversees the group business operations. He also manages the CSR policy via the Data4Good program.

Alexandre Delaval joined the company in 2016 as VP Sales and he has been appointed Country Managing Director for France in January 2020. His mission : fostering relations with clients and prospects, guaranteeing operational service excellence and also dealing with a large ecosystem of elected representatives and key stakeholders in France. He also oversees the growth strategy and commercial development of the Data4 French campuses including : construction, recruitment, energy sourcing, sustainable environment and safety.

Adam Ponichtera is Country Managing Director for Poland. He is responsible for implementing investments, ensuring campus continuity, and Data4’s business development in Poland.

Davide Suppia is Country Managing Director for Italy. He manages the two campuses near Milan, MIL01 and MIL02. He is also involved in expanding the client portfolio, fostering and developing established relationships. It is also a founding member of IDA, the Italian Datacenter Association, which brings together all the players in the ecosystem.

Francisco Ramírez, Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, has over 20 years of experience in operations and leadership roles at TIFSA and Colt Technologies. He joined Data4 in 2020 as Operations Director and was appointed Country Managing Director for Spain in December 2024. Francisco aims to expand Data4’s presence, positioning Spain as a key data hub for Southern Europe. He also serves as a Senior Instructor at the DCD Academy.

Jérôme Totel has been Director of Strategy and Innovation at Data4 since 2015, with over 25 years of experience in ICT, particularly in telecoms and data centers. A graduate of ENST, he has held various positions at Cisco, LDCOM, NTT, and Interoute, developing a 360° expertise in digital transformation. Before joining Data4, he was Technical Director of NTT in France. He leads a team of experts in market analysis, marketing, public affairs, and digital innovations.

Marion Enjolras has been Data4’s HR Director since June 2021. More than 15 years’ experience in HR, mainly in IT and fast-moving environments. Her mission is to attract, retain and develop talent for the Data4 Group, which is expanding rapidly in Europe.
